We have an ice machine with 220 kg worth of ice cubes. Use as much as you like and choose how cold the water will be.

Your body is forced to heat up after the session, and will very likely start to shiver -- this will increase your metabolism.

A great way to get a lot done in the house, or for your work; cold exposure. The stress of the cold will leave you focused for hours.
